The Pass Christian Historical Society is seeking architectural services for replication of the historic bank building on Scenic Drive that served as its headquarters until it was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The State of Qualifications can be the firm's brochure along with other materials that best describe the experience of the firm. At minimum, please submit the following: 1. Firm name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and web site addresses. 2. Resumes of principal(s), project manager, and project architect proposed to be assigned to the project. 3. List of completed projects that best illustrate firm's qualifications for this project, with illustrations, description, name of project architect, completion date, construction cost, contractor, key consultants, owner's name and contact information, and any other information that will help in evaluating the firm's experience and qualifications. 4. Indicate experience in preparing presentations for use in fund raising campaigns. 5. List engineering consultants proposed for the project.
