and 46 mobile homes with the possibility of receiving additional mobile homes
to house applicants displaced by Hurricane Katrina and Rita that are currently
residing in the park. Service must include all utilities (water, electrical,
sewer and trash), maintenance, and security. Period of performance will be:
Base for April 1 - December 31, 2008, with one Option period for January 1 -
March 31, 2009 and the possibility of extension if required. The estimated
