Bids & Proposals INVITATION TO BID JULIA STREET WHARF HARBOR POLICE SUB-STATION RESTORATION DAMAGED BY HURRICANE KATRINA Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department, 2nd floor, Room 240, 1350 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130 on Friday, April 18, 2008, until 2:00 p.m. CDT, for Requisition No. 048796. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment for restoration of hurricane damaged police substations. Work includes but is not limited to a Mold Remediation and Prevention Plan, miscellaneous selective demolition and repairs, and ancillary HVAC and electrical modifications. The site is located on the East Bank of the Mississippi River at the Julia Street Wharf in New Orleans, Louisiana. (Estimated Cost: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00). All Bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents on file with the Port of New Orleans. Complete contract documents may be obtained at Contract Administration on the 2nd floor, Room 203 at the above address upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per set by check or money order only to the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans.
