plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the Steele Bayou, Item
66-B Channel Relocation, Phase I, located at Yazoo National Wildlife Refuge in
Washington County, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include
mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, excavating
approximately 1.1 miles of new channel, raising (in two one foot lifts) 3.6
linear miles of existing earthen dikes and levees, 3.2 miles of new earthen
dike, establishment of new turf, erosion control, storm water pollution
prevention and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work
is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be
available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at
http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List
